Please join us for our 2nd annual “Up Close and Personal: The Storytellers’ Tales.” Event take place at the Kent Island Elks Lodge in Stevensville, MD on August 21 for an evening of music and storytelling with Nadirah Shakoor and Chris Sacks as they share the stories and memories behind their musical journey.
Event Details:
- Venue: Indoor event with table seating.
- Tickets: $75 (Limited to 200). Please provide your email address when purchasing.
- Food & Drink: Light appetizers will be available buffet-style prior to the performance. A cash bar and Rita’s truck for sweet treats will also be on-site.
- Giving Back: Christmas Angels will be present for those who wish to make a donation.
Schedule:
- Doors Open: 5:30 PM
- Meet and Greet: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Appetizers: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Main Event: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

- Parking: On-site parking is available.
- Policies: No outside food, alcohol, or paraphernalia permitted. There is a designated outdoor smoking area.
- Weather: This is a rain or shine event.
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. They may be transferred upon request to chrissacksmusic@gmail.com up to 24 hours prior to showtime.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person up to 48 hours prior to showtime by emailing chrissacksmusic@gmail.com.
